Our two stops on the island of Chiloé, Ancud and Castro, were generally pretty wet and grey, although we did get to see its most famous sights - churches built entirely out of wood and some (slightly underwhelming) houses on stilts. The highlight though was our penguin tour, where we saw three different types of penguin and were lucky enough to spend a few minutes with a pod of dolphins swimming round our boat.
